Our name and logo have been trademarked and are not to be used by any third party unless previously authorized for a vendor event promotion.
Customers will be asked to provide certain information when submitting an order and processing payment. This information will include name, address(mailing and billing), and card information.
When submitting an order that includes personalization, please ensure that all names are spelled correctly and any birthdays, anniversaries, and other important dates are entered correctly. Please refer to refund policy.
Tiff's Heartfelt Creations is not liable for any stolen, lost, or missing items. Resolutions for these types of issues must take place with the carrier.
