Return and Refund Policy

Once final design is approved, there will be NO REFUNDS on personalized items as those cannot be resold.
Personalized items may be replaced if they are damaged upon arrival and pictures are required! The pictures may be sent to www.tiffsheartfeltcreations@yahoo.com
When pictures are received and replacement is requested, please allow 1-3 days for processing and shipping. Customer will be notified when item has been shipped.
Cancelation of an order must be done prior to processing end date.
If order is cancelled after processing, there will be only partial refund for non-personalized items.
If customer wishes to return a non-personalized item, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
